現代婦女生活的忙碌辛苦比男性有過之而無不及,休閒對婦女的紓解壓力及追求快樂的重要性絕不亞於男性。本研究從「主動性休閒參與」及「被動性休閒參與」的角度來探討婦女知覺壓力及真實快樂之關係。本研究之研究目的有五:(一)瞭解婦女「主動/被動」休閒參與的情形;(二)檢視婦女休閒參與對知覺壓力之影響關係;(三)檢視婦女休閒參與對真實快樂之影響關係;(四)檢視「社會支持」對婦女休閒參與、知覺壓力與真實快樂之干擾情形;(五)比較婦女「主動休閒類型」以及「被動休閒類型」之休閒參與、知覺壓力與真實快樂的關係差異。
研究對象為30歲至60歲之婦女,透過滾雪球方式進行調查訪問,取得有效問卷共計322份。研究結果顯示,一、婦女參與主動休閒類型以「戶外活動」及「體育運動」為最多,被動休閒類型以「大眾媒體」及「社交活動」為多;二、婦女參與主動式或被動式休閒活動,皆顯著有減少知覺壓力的效果;三、婦女參與愈多主動式休閒活動,其真實快樂顯著越高,但參與被動式休閒活動則對增加快樂無顯著效果;四、社會支持對婦女「主動式休閒參與」與「真實快樂」的關係具有有顯著影響,尤其當婦女擁有較低社會支持時,參與愈多次主動式休閒活動,其增加真實快樂的效果更加明顯;五、知覺壓力與真實快樂呈現顯著負相關(r=-0.577;p<.001)。本研究也提出主要結果之應用與建議,提供婦女、社區及企業參考。
The bustle and bustle of modern women’s life is even worse compared to the men and leisure participation plans an important role to release pressure and also to pursue happiness. This study focuses on women’s "active leisure participation" and "passive leisure participation" and examines their effects on perceived stress and authentic happiness. Five major purposes are specified: (1) to explore women's active and passive leisure participations; (2) to examine the relationship between women's leisure participation and perceived stress; (3) to discuss the relationship between women's leisure participation and authentic happiness; (4) to inspect the direct and interference effect from social support; (5) to compare the relationships among leisure participation, perceived stress, and authentic happiness based on women’s active and passive leisure participation.
Subjects of 30 years old to 60 year old of woman, were sampled by snowball sampling method and conducted investigation. Total 322 effective questionnaire were gathered and used in this study. Five main results can be concluded. First, for woman active leisure activities more likely are “the outdoor activity” and “the sports”, and “the mass media” and “the social activity” were perceived as passive participation. Second, women's active and passive participation significantly reduce their perceived stress. Third, only active leisure participation can significantly enhance women’s authentic happiness. Fourth, social supports are important to the relationship between "active leisure participation" and "authentic happiness". Especially when low social supports, the frequency of active leisure participations will increase women’s authentic happiness. Finally, perceived stress and authentic happiness are negatively correlated. The management application for women, community recreation and leisure business are proposed based on study findings.
