  從休閒的心理學面向來看,休閒的行為是自由、自我抉擇而其本身又是具有樂趣的,人類休閒行為極可能反應了個人的人格因素。近年來自行車活動日益盛行,已逐漸演變為大眾日常生活的重要休閒之一。本研究旨在探究自行車活動參與者五大人格特質、遊憩專門化程度與流暢體驗間之關係。五大人格特質分別是外向性(Extroversion)、神經質(Neuroticism )、嚴謹性(Conscientiousness)、開放性(Openness)與友善性(Agreeableness);遊憩專門化涵蓋行為、認知與情感三個子構面;流暢體驗則由技巧與挑戰、情意與自我證言三個子構面來衡量。以滾雪球的取樣方式,針對參與自行車活動的騎乘者進行問卷調查,發出問卷550份,收回有效問卷385份。所得資料以驗證性因素分析查證各構面的構成成分,並使用結構方程式來驗證各構面之間的關係。研究結果顯示:(1)嚴謹性人格特質對遊憩專門化程度有顯著影響;(2)嚴謹性、開放性與友善性人格特質對流暢體驗有顯著影響;(3)流暢體驗與專門化程度彼此間存在正向相關。
  In the point of the leisure psychology, the leisure behavior is free, is chose by self, and itself is also pleasured. The human leisure behavior extremely possibly responded individual personality factor. In recent years, the bicycle activity is in vogue, and became an important leisure in our daily life. The purpose of this study was to explore the relations among the Big Five personality personality, recreation specializetion and flow experience in bikers. The dimensions of Big Five personality were extroversion, neuroticism, conscientiousness, openness and agreeableness. Recreation specialization could be conceptualized in terms of three distinct dimensions: behavior, cognition and affection. The flow experience was measured in three distinct dimensions: skill and challen-ge, affection and self-affirmation. We gave 550 questionnaires to bicycle participants in Taiwan by the way of snowball sampling and there were 385 valid questionnaires received. Using Confirmatory Factor Analysis analysed and verified the constitution of each dimension, and confirmed the association between dimensions by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). The result of this study revealed that conscientiousness dimension had the remarkable influence to recreation specialization. Conscientiousness ,openness and agreeableness dimensions had the obvious influence to flow experience. Recreation specialization degree was positively related to flow experience to each other.
