隨著網路科技的進步,網路活動已改變人類的生活方式,透過網際網路,人與人之間的溝通互動頻繁,遂形成虛擬社群並產生了一個互利的環境。傳統社群僅限於實體的居所,虛擬社群則跳脫時間及空間的限制,因此,如何持續使用社群已成為重要課題。本研究探討個人在虛擬社群互動為出發點,並以期望確認理論來分析,可能影響持續使用社群的意圖,進一步以資訊系統成功模式探討個人在社群成員互動中的角色是否有因受到科技的影響而產生干擾效果。
調查樣本是從台灣「電子工程專輯」與中國「電子工程專輯」兩大社群網站的問卷收集,來進行本研究模型驗證分析,台灣有效問卷128份,中國有效問卷108份。研究發現中國地區資訊品質對感知績效無顯著影響,台灣地區與中國地區的感知績效對資訊系統持續意圖無顯著影響其原因是被滿意度完全中介,所以滿意度可以有效預測使用資訊系統持續意圖。最後,兩地區的假設結果趨於一致,顯示個人身份驗證在台灣與中國的虛擬社群,均能籍由資訊與服務的構面來增加個人績效、提高滿意度並增加資訊系統持續意圖,最後提出結論以及實務與學術上的建議。
As the Internet technology updates, people has changed the way of their living through this convenient searching tool. The communication between ones has also pulled ones’ interaction, forming a fictitious group and mutual platform. The traditional communicative platform is limited by the substantial space, but the fictitious group escapes from the limit of time and space. Therefore, how to continue the usage of this Hi-Tech tool turns to be a very critical topic. The objectives of this study are to explore how a unique person plays a role in the interactive environment and to analyze the possible motivation to use communicative tool based on expected assurance theory. Furthermore, it is also to discuss if the one could be negatively affected by the progressive technology based on the successful systematic programming module.

The sampling method is to collect from Global sources -Taiwan and Global sources -China for analyzing module verification. The effective surveys were collected for 128 results in Taiwan, 108 results in China. The research found that there is no outstanding influence between information quality and achievement expectation due to the disturbance of its satisfaction, so the satisfaction may predicts the motivation of using group. In conclusion, the hypothesis for two research zones tends to be consistent that shows identification verification could increase self satisfaction and motivation for both countries. The recommendations for practical and academic experience are conclusively proposed.
