The purposes of the study emphasize on cosplay participators of creative leisure activities, and investigate the relationships among serious leisure, situational involvement, and flow experience. Besides that, we test the mediate effect of situational involvement. The research makes close together with the constructs among serious leisure, situational involvement, and flow experience. This study builds a model and hypothesis according to literatures, and also collects 500 valid questionnaires from cosplay participators. Hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) are applied to test the cause relations between serious leisure, situational involvement and flow experience, and further investigate the mediate effect of situational involvement. The result of research is how serious leisure has positive relationship with flow experience. The activity participators have higher level enduring involvement of activities. Situational involvement has positive influence on flow experience. Situational involvement is a mediator between serious leisure and flow experience. The managerial sector of research can be a reference for activity sponsor department.
