近年來市場對電子產品的輕薄短小的要求，促使電子元件不斷的縮小尺寸，因此對產品生產時精密度的控制亦隨之增加。而要控制產品精密度，就必須伴隨大量的產品品質量測資訊，且隨量測技術的進步，大量資料需要及時分析的可能性也增加。如何能及時彙整並分析大量品質資訊，成為此類電子產品良率提升的關鍵。本研究以石英頻率元件製造為例子，以Delphi軟體建立一個大量品質資料事後分析系統，可以迅速查詢以日期、產品品目及機台為基礎的多種品質參數，並繪製相關圖表。本系統除可針對單一工作站的資料進行搜尋外，相同工單在多工作站間的品質相關數據也能呈現。因為相關資訊能迅速蒐集及分析，因此對產品精密度的控制也能大幅提升。

The exquisite requirement for the electronic product recently impels that the size of the electronic components decrease. Hence, the degree of precision control of the product increases. The more requests of the exquisite of the product, the more quality data need to analyze. The progress of measurement techniques increases the possibility of analyzes the bulk data. How to analyze the huge amount of quality data quickly becomes the major issue of increasing the yield rate of the products. A quartz resonator manufacturing is used as example in the study. A post analysis system for bulk data using Delphi are constructed in the study. Multiple quality data can be searched in the system by searching date, product name and machines. The related charts can also show in the system. Except for the information at a single workstation can be searched, quality data at different workstations with the same working orders can also be displayed. Hence, by knowing relevant quality data quickly, the precision control of the product increases significantly.
