本文之目的在瞭解整個海運供應鏈成員透過「信任」、「承諾」關係的建立,如何影響海運供應鏈間的「知識分享」,進一步透過「協同合作」以進行「風險分擔」,以及「夥伴相容」與信任、承諾對「夥伴評價」的影響為何,透過因素間的鏈結,將有助於整個海運供應鏈的整合。另一方面,將研究對象區分為航運部門與港埠部門,瞭解本研究提出之整合成功因素在航港部門間的認知是否存在顯著差異,並將航港部門所認知排名前五項的整合成功因素加以分析,以作為航港部門在進行整合時之參考依據。
本研究針對海運供應鏈的成員為對象,發放294份問卷,有效問卷93份,有效回收率31.63%。根據原始資料進行?述統計分析、因素分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、多元迴歸分析等方法來進行驗證,並將其結果用來檢驗本研究所提出之假說是否成立。
研究結果可知,海運供應鏈中的航港部門對本研究所提出之海運供應鏈整合成功因素的認知均無顯著差異,以知識分享為航港部門認為能成功整合海運供應鏈最重要的因素,其次為承諾、協同合作、夥伴評價、信任。而在海運供應鏈整合成功因素間之關係方面,當供應鏈夥伴雙方培養一定的信任基礎,才願意付出承諾以進行合作;且獲得書面契約或口頭的合作承諾,會提升夥伴間知識分享的意願。然而,藉由知識分享所進行的協同合作則未必能分擔風險,因為若沒有慎選合作夥伴,導致夥伴竊取企業資源、技術與扭曲資訊等,則反而增加無法分擔的關係風險。因此需慎選具有相互信任與承諾關係之合作夥伴,且選擇在營運、策略目標及資訊系統上具有相容性的夥伴進行合作,才能藉以提昇作業效率以滿足顧客需求,有助於整個供應鏈的整合,以減少不必要的成本支出與風險。
