本研究問題是探討知覺動機、職場戀情、角色內行為與組織公民行為之關係,經由間接文獻之引用及邏輯之推理,發現其之間的關係有必要進一步釐清。 本研究在問卷的發放方面,採便利抽樣法,在文化大學推廣部、淡江大學推廣部及東吳大學推廣部三個地點,逐一發放逐一回收。並告知填答者本問卷採匿名方式,所有填答資料僅作統計分析學術研究之用,個人填答內容絕對保密,請放心據實作答,以反映真實行為表現。
本研究共發出758份,問卷回收方面,總共回收557份(文化大學推廣部收回257份,淡江大學推廣部收回200份,東吳大學推廣部收回100份)。經檢視回收問卷者之填答,扣除填答不完整之無效問卷為90份,完整之有效問卷則有467份。有效回收率為61.61%。研究結果發現,戀情動機對職場戀情具有正向影響,而工作動機與自我動機對職場戀情具有負面影響。職場戀情對於角色內行為與組織公民行為皆具有負面的影響。
The purpose of this study was to explore the issue of perceived motivation, workplace romance, role in behavior and the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior through indirect reference literature and the logic of reasoning and found that the relationship between the need to further clarify. In this study, the release of the questionnaire, the convenient sampling method adopted in the promotion of the Department of Chinese Culture University, Tamkang University and Soochow University to promote the promotion of the Department of the Ministry of the three sites, one by one each of the recovery payment. And inform the respondents who adopted the anonymous questionnaire, all respondents information only for statistical analysis of academic research, the contents of the individual respondents kept in strict confidence, please rest assured that a factual answer to reflect the true performance of behavior.
In this study, a total of 758 copies of questionnaire recovery, recycling a total of 557 copies (Chinese Culture University to promote recovery of 257 copies of the Department, the Department of Tamkang University to promote recovery of 200, the Department of Soochow University to promote recovery of 100). By the view of respondents who recall questionnaire, excluding respondents not complete the questionnaire, 90 were invalid, the integrity of 467 valid questionnaires were there. Effective rate to 61.61% recall. The results showed that the motive of the love affair has a positive impact on the workplace, and work motivation and self-motivation to have a negative impact on workplace romance. Love for the role of workplace behavior and organizational citizenship behaviors have a negative impact on both.
