Psoralea corylifolia L. is distributed from India to the south of Asia,
and is used to treat anti-aging, bone regeneration and degenerative joint
disease. Recent years, Psoralea corylifolia was shown various activities
such as estrogen-like activity, antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory,
immunomodulatory, and antitumor activities.
Many kinds of components including coumarins, flavonoles,
flavanones, chalcones, isoflavones, terpenes, derivatives of benzofuran,
lipids, minerals, fatty acids, and others were isolated from Psoralea
corylifolia.
The methanol extracts prepared from the seeds of Psoralea
corylifolia were partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The ethyl
acetate extracts were repeatedly chromatographyed over silica gel to yield
eighteen compounds. Based on the spectroscopic data, fifteen compounds
were identified as known compounds, and three compounds were
determined as new compounds and named neobavachalcone A (4),
neobavachalcone B (5), and psoralidin A (13).
補骨脂(Psoralea corylifolia)屬豆科(Fabceae/Leguminosae)為一種
豆科植物分布於印度至南亞地區,其乾燥種子常用於傳統醫療,治療
抗衰老、骨傷科的後期調養、退化性膝關節炎等。近年來發現補骨脂
有類雌激素作用、抗黴菌、抗細菌、抗發炎、調節免疫功能和抑制腫
瘤增生等活性。
補骨脂含許多不同成分,大致上可以分為11 大種類,分別為香
豆精類、黃酮類、雙氫黃酮類、查耳酮類、異黃酮類、萜酚類、苯并
呋喃類衍生物、類脂化合物、礦物質、脂肪酸和其他。
經各種管柱層析,自補骨脂乾燥成熟果實中分離出18 個化合
物,其構造經各種光譜資料分析鑑定出15 個已知化合物以及3 個新
化合物,分別命名為 neobavachalcone A (4)、neobavachalcone B (5)、
psoralidin A (13)。
