ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to study the relation of complete high school students’ bullying experience and climate of fear, using bullying attitude as mediating variable. The students of the public or private complete high schools in Tainan County were the population in this research. We analyzed these questionnaires with narrative statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment method, and stepwise multiple regression.
The main findings of this study were as followed:
1. It had significant difference to students who had different gender, grade (junior or senior high school department) and age in frequency of suffering bullying experience.
2. It had significant difference to students who had different gender and age in bullying attitude.
3. It had no significant difference to students who had different gender, grade (junior or senior high school department), age and family socio-economic status in climate of fear.
4. It had significant positive correlation among complete high school students’ suffering bulling experience and bulling attitude, suffering bulling experience and climate of fear, and bulling attitude and climate of fear.
5. The complete high school students’ suffering bulling experience and bulling attitude could predict climate of fear.
6. The complete high school students’ bulling attitude to suffering bulling experience and climate of fear had a significant mediate effect.
Finally, some suggestions were recommended for education-related organizations,
parents, and future researchers.

Keywords: complete high school students, bullying experience, climate of fear, bullying attitude.
