Expert Choice
Recently, the problem of teenage labors that always play a temporary, short-term and supplementary role in job market has been valued after paying the price of injury and death. The safety and healthy course in vocational high school is consequently concerned. This study is to discuss the factors which affect labors’ safety and to analysis the variation between teenage labors’ safety cognition and safety behavior and safety knowledge test in different background. The author built the passport of safety by reading many researches which are about young workers’ injury and safety learning
strategy and safety learning model invited some experts to fill up the AHP statistic weight questionnaire.
The object of this study is the students of evening division in a vocational high school.
The conclusion of this study are following: (1).Safety cognition figure: safety cognition which affect student group to help safety injury insight in different background. (2).Safety behavior analysis figure : survey personal’s safety behavior to understand injury
risk assessment ,injury control ability in the work. (3). The passport of safety is planned into four themes: the right and responsibility of the safety and healthy, the cognition of
safety and healthy, the control of risk and the practice of job safety. (4).Learning content of passport security planning into four major themes are the subject of statisitcal analysis of AHP weights have safety and health cognition > Health and safety rights and
responsibilities > against the risk control >practice safety at work .
According to this study, the author gives his suggestion about young workers’ related groups and institutes to build the passport of safety and to the following researchers.
