生活事件會導致憂鬱,社會支持會舒緩生活事件對憂鬱傾向的影響;對青少年而言,友伴是最優先求助的對象,友伴支持對青少年相當重要。本研究在瞭解影響高中職生憂鬱傾向的生活事件類型,以及不同生活事件類型中,友伴支持對憂鬱傾向的作用情形,並分析生活事件、友伴支持對不同性別青少年憂鬱傾向的影響。以台灣北、中、南、東四區,15所高中職校學生共2276名為本研究對象。使用流行病學研究中心憂鬱量表(CES-D),CES-D分數達憂鬱傾向者佔17%。不論青少年是否具有憂鬱傾向,「暴力傷害」之類型事件對青少年憂鬱傾向的負面影響最為嚴重;友伴支持中,以「實質協助」益於緩和事件對憂鬱傾向的衝擊,情緒支持則需要配合事件類型,否則對憂鬱傾向的緩和作用會適得其反,但是,當青少年遭遇重大生活事件時,友伴能力、資源受限,仍需師長、父母的介入協助,而且,師長支持及同性別父親或母親支持是青少年重要保護因子。
Life events lead to depression. Social support will alleviate the tendency of life events on the impact of depression; for adolescent, the Friends is a top priority for assistance with the object. Friends’ support is very important. The purpose of this study to understand the types of life events that effect of adolescent’s depression tendency. As well as the friends’ support for the role of adolescent’s depression tendency in different types of life events. Finally, analysis the effect of life events, friends’ support on depression tendency of male and female adolescent. Taiwan's northern, central, south, east four districts, 15 senior high or vocational schools students, a total of 2276-based study.Using the Center for epidemiological studies Depression Scale (CES-D), CES-D scores of depressive tendency accounted for 17%. Regardless of whether or not adolescent have the tendency to depression, "violence" of the type of events for adolescent the negative effects of depression tendency to the most serious. Friends with all the support so as to "substantial assistance" benefit from the events to ease the impact of depressive tendency. Emotional support of friends have to keep up with the type of life events. Otherwise, the modification of the role of depression tendency to be counterproductive. However, the friends limited capcity and resources, when adolescent experience major life events, they still need teachers and parents to intervene to help. The support from teachers and the same gender father or mother are important protective factor for adolescent.
