本研究目的探討腳踏車運動對其體重、體脂肪、收縮壓、舒張壓、運動所消耗的卡路里、運動後前三分鐘心跳、心律變異度在時域分析上的指標及心律變異度在頻域分析上的指標的影響。本研究徵選10位大學生為研究對象,受測者皆無疾病且健康良好,運動前量測身高、體重及體脂肪,休息20分鐘後利用腕式生理監視器-心率大師(ANSWatch)記錄生理訊號,接著進行每週兩次,每次30分鐘中強度(50~69%HRmax)的腳踏車運動訓練,而運動後以polar機量測運動後三分鐘心跳,持續三個月。本實驗所有資料都以SPSS軟體進行統計分析,所有顯著水準臨界值定為0.05,心律變異度部分則使用MATLAB進行時域分析和頻域分析。本研究結果顯示腳踏車運動訓練對運動後所消耗的卡路里、運動後第一分鐘心跳及心律變異度有顯著差異(P<.05)。本研究可獲得以下結論,經腳踏車運動訓練後能消耗更多卡路里表示體能變好,此外運動後第一分鐘心跳有顯著的下降表示心肺耐力變強。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of a three-month bicycle exercise program on healthy college students with a special focus on heart rate variability. Prior to the program, ten nineteen-year-old college students were selected, and measurements were taken of their heights, weights, and body fat. After they had rested for twenty minutes, their physiological signals were recorded with an ANSWatch monitor. Then, during the three-month program, the subjects undertook a cycling exercise (at 50~60 % of exercise capacity) for 30 minutes twice a week and their heart rate recovery was measured with a “polar” each time. Weight, body fat, blood pressure, calories consumed, heart rate recovery, and heart rate variability before and after the three-month experiment were compared and analyzed with SPSS. The time domain was then transferred to the frequency domain by using MATLAB. The result shows that, in the first minute after exercise, heartbeat consumption of calories, and HRV exhibit significant differences(p<.05). Therefore, we can infer that more calories are consumed after cycling, and this leads to better metabolism. Also, the apparently lower heartbeat rate shows improvement in heart and lungs endurance.
