Taiwan''s textile industry has experienced several decades of development, hence the textile industry in Taiwan has established a complete supply chain that cooperate with the man-made fibers firms, the dyeing and finishing firm, spinning and weaving firms and the garment firms. According to the historical data, dyeing and finishing industry was developed light industry from the post-war government of Taiwan. Along with the rise of the textile industry, the importance of the demand to dyeing and finishing industry was grown up, and paid attention firms’ requirements, pressure and dynamic market demand.

Observation 1: Production-based entrepreneurs are focus on the accumulated experience with the absorption and the professional cability of skills with familiar knowledge, skills acquisition and attitude in the prior stage.
Observation 2: Production-based entrepreneurs adopted the imitation type in the start-up stage. In additational, entrepreneural strategies can be divided into the cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy.
Observation 3: During facing the external environment, production-based entrepreneurs make stratrgies base on their’s technical capabilities.
Observation 3-1: Production-based entrepreneurs adopted the technical-oriented strategy to develop new process technologies by using technology on the market or the technological advantages on the enterprises, thus enterprises select technology implantation strategy.
Observation 3-2: Production-based entrepreneurs adopted the market-oriented strategy to develop new process technologies to satisfy niche market demand, thus enterprises select niche market strategy.
Observation 3-3: Production-based entrepreneurs adopted the cost-oriented strategy to develop process technologies with new resources and new materials, thus enterprises select low-cost strategy.
Observation 3-4: Production-based entrepreneurs adopted the integrated-oriented strategy to develop process technologies with integrating technologies and market strengths, thus enterprises select technology leadership strategy.
