With rapidly changing and multi-integration of current business environment, enterprises have to face the change of inter-organizational relationship phase in supply chains, and the degree of boundary integration will changed also. In different relationship phases, it is corresponding relational specific asset. If the relationship phases changes, business has to face and produce different strategic resource paths to maintain the flexibility of market resource. To increase inter-organizational flexibility and competitive advantage has become one of the important issues between firms and their own supply chains.

The prior literatures seldom analysis the strategic resources paths of inter-organizational relation-specific assets in supply chains under different change of relationship phases, cause the change of inter-organizational flexibility and information sharing in supply chains. However, some related literatures suggested that relationship phase change will influence the degree of inter-organizational integration. Firms will find out the suitable resource integration and maintain the type of flexibility. Hence, during the maturity phase, the parties may change partners, and effect the organization to select the strategic resource path. Moreover, it also causes the influence of inter-organizational information sharing and supply chain flexibility.

The empirical study aims at top 2000 manufactory enterprises selected from the directories of the 2008 Chinese Credit top 2000 firms in Taiwan. The research units are manufacturers and partnerships, and two mailings of the questionnaire were distributed to the senior managers, purchasing managers or experienced managers. Raising the total response to 242, this produced a final response rate of 12.1%. After using structural equation model(SEM)to analyze returned questionnaires, the results show fine goodness of fit in measuring model and structural model. In addition, 9 hypotheses are supported in p-value<0.05. We found that during the buildup to maturity phase, if the degree of integration between business and partner is higher, they will have more communication in order to their common benefits and get more immediately information, so that let the members of supply chain can respond to customer quickly. At the same time, business will cooperate with other alliances in order that get different resources, and they create more competitive advantage by investing in relational specific asset.

In conclusion, the theoretical framework model concerning the influence of the degree of boundary integration, strategic resources paths and information sharing shall be measured more accurately by improving the supply chain flexibility in Supply Chain model. We hope this research will contribute to further studies and provide some suggestions for implementing management of the collaboration between supply chains.
