維修訓練在產品生命週期中扮演著重要的角色,良好的維修訓練能夠降低人員在實際操作工具機時的危險性以及避免人員因不熟悉硬體設備所造成使用錯誤。近年來,隨著虛擬實境(Virtual Reality;VR)技術的發展,學者相繼提出應用虛擬實境技術提供的3D互動視覺以及進階的人機互動介面來發展虛擬維修訓練,並根據使用者與場景物件的互動程度將虛擬維修訓練分成展示 (Presentation )、引導 (Guided)、自由互動 (Free)與探索互動 (Discovery)四種模式。在展示與引導模式下的虛擬場景只須較簡單的互動程式撰寫,如觸發預設動畫(triggered animation),然而在自由與探索互動模式的虛擬場景則需要繁瑣與複雜的互動程式撰寫,讓學員在虛擬場景中練習自己組裝拆解物件。為了設計一個自由與探索互動模式的虛擬維修訓練系統,提供使用者根據標準作業流程進一步的與虛擬物件進行互動拆解作業,系統設計人員必須根據整個標準的作業流程進行虛擬物件的互動行為設計,並且考慮拆解零件時雙手間的協同以及物件間的相互影響,以及考慮互動拆解作業時虛擬物件的互動細節設定,當同時考慮上述不同層級的互動設計,物件互動行為程式的撰寫將會變的相當的繁瑣且複雜。因此本研究將虛擬維修訓練系統的互動設計分為作業流程(Workflow level)、協同層級(Coordination level)與執行層級(Execution level) 三個不同的層級,利用三階層彩色派翠網來系統化思考與設計自由互動虛擬維修訓練系統之互動程式,解決自由互動的虛擬維修環境之互動程式撰寫問題。
Maintenance training is an important support activity in product life cycle. Good training could improve the life of products and reduce the operating cost. In recent years, with the development of virtual reality (VR), many scholars has already using the VR technology to developing VR-based maintenance training. According to the interactive level between trainees and objects in the virtual environment, VR-based maintenance training can be divided into Presentation, Guided, Free and Discovery four models. Under Presentation and Guided virtual maintenance training modes, virtual scenarios require only simple interactive programming, like triggering preset animation. However, under Free and Discovery modes, Trainees have to interactively assemble and disassemble objects in the virtual scenarios. Therefore, the virtual scenarios would require prolix and complex interactive programming. To develop VR-based interactive maintenance training system, enabling Trainees to practice the standard maintenance procedure. The interactions between the trainee and the virtual objects must be programmed. Interaction programming, however, is usually extensive and complicated. It includes details such as maintenance procedure monitoring, interactions between virtual objects, synchronized object manipulation with both hands, and the manipulation and interactive details of each individual object. In this paper the interactions are divided into three levels, workflow, coordination, and execution. Using three-level color Petri net to support the construction of desktop VR-based maintenance training system.
