微循環的好壞對人體健康狀況有相當大的關係,因此如何達到改善局部微循環供血將會對人類是一大福祉,許多書中記載著有些中藥藥材可以促進血液循環和增加代謝的功能。因此我們選擇了具有改善下肢循環功能的六味地黃丸來做量測研究。
  實驗中我們結合雷射都卜勒血流儀和心電圖紀錄來觀察服藥後的微循環變化,並且透過許多血流參數來將實驗數據具體化呈現,觀察比較服藥實驗和空白實驗的差異,而且為了觀察藥效的持久性,我們設計了兩天的服藥流程。在實驗結果中我們發現服用六味地黃丸後的確會讓下肢的微循環血流量上升,且上升的情況到第二天還是有效果,因為在平均血流量、血流平均波形都呈現顯著上升,除了血流量之外,DCflux_CV、ACflux_CV、AMP_CV方面可評估微循環血流調控的穩定度,HR_CV、RR_CV指標可評估心臟跳動變化的穩定性,而血管特性參數(FDT、FRT)可以觀察血液在血管中傳遞狀況,提供血流量之外的評估指標,還可增進對局部微循環供血狀態之瞭解。實驗結果得知六味地黃丸可能具有調節微循環血流分佈的能力,因此可對循環疾病的改善做出貢獻。
 Microcirculation has a great effect on the state of health. It will be a great Welfare that increasing local microcirculation of blood flow to the mankind. Traditional Chinese herb can promote the blood circulation and promote metabolism is recorded in a lot of books. So we measured the effect of herb, liu-wei-dihuang, which may improve the circulation of low limbs.
  
We combined Laser doppler flowmetry and electrocardiogram, then observed the variation of microcirculation after taking herb in the experiment. The experimental data were presented through some parameters of blood flow. We observed the difference between blank test and the experiment of taking Liu-Wei-Dihuang. In order to observe the time effect of taking herb, we designed two-day process. In the experiment, the result indicates that Liu-Wei-Dihuang increase the blood flow in low limbs, and the effect continue to the next day. Both DCflux and ACflux have significant difference. DCflux_CV, ACflux_CV and AMP_CV can estimate the distribution of blood microcirculation. HR_CV and RR_CV can estimate the stability of heartbeat. The parameter of blood pulse characteristic(FDT,FRT)can estimate the state of blood transmission in the vessel. These parameters can let us know the blood donation of local microcirculation. The result indicates that Liu-Wei-Dihuang have a function of local blood distribution. So it will be a great contribution to improve circulatory system diseases.
