微循環在人體中扮演相當重要的角色,按摩被認為是有效的物理治療方法,按摩包含了:壓縮空氣按摩、穴位按摩和指壓按摩等等,而這些按摩都可能可以使局部血流量上升,此血流量上升之背後生理機制可能與Pressure Induced Vasodilation(PIV)效應相關。其中穴位按摩在中醫理論中,認為可以比一般的按摩更有效改善微循環系統,進而可更進一步改善循環系統疾病。此外中醫也認為左右手的同一穴道是對照同一經絡,故刺激左手穴道,右手相對穴道也可能會產生特殊效應。
本研究是利用雷射都卜勒儀器及生理訊號放大器兩種非侵入式量測技術儀器,來觀察微循環血流量的變化。藉由分析各種指標,如:(1)平均血流量-DCflux(2)血流波形面積-ACflux(3)心跳變異率-HR_CV,我們發現:施加壓力在穴道上,局部平均血流量(DCflux)和血流波形面積(ACflux)顯著上升,這可能顯示其所造成的PIV效應,會比施壓於非穴道來得強烈,且持續更久。此外按摩穴道也可以使心跳呈現穩定狀態(HR_CV顯著下降),而非穴道的PIV效應,則無法顯著提升局部平均血流量和血流波形面積。這可能意謂:穴位按摩的確比一般按摩更可以有效的改善微循環供血狀態,以協助達到強身健體的功效。另一方面,從目前實驗數據中,右手並未觀察到有特定的效應出現。
The microcirculation is a quite important role in the human body. Massage is considered to be effective physical therapeutic method, massage includes: compressed air massage, the massage of acupoint and acupressure. The massage could make increase regional blood flow , this may correlate with Pressure Induced Vasodilation(PIV) response. In the Chinese medicine , they thought the massage of acupoint effectively improve the microcirculation than other massages and further improve disease of the circulatory system. Moreover they also thought the same acupoint of both hands have the same meridian. If we stimulate the acupoint of left hand, the acupoint of right hand could also have special response.
In this study we use Laser Doppler Flowmetry and Bioelectric signal conditioner that are noninvasive for monitoring of the microcirculation. We analyze several parameters such as (1)Average blood flow volume - DCflux (2) Area of blood flow pulse - ACflux (3) Coefficient of Heart rate variation - HR _ CV. We find applied the pressure on the acupoint that average blood flow (DCflux) and Area of blood flow pulse (ACflux) can significantly increase. This may show PIV response that is stronger and longer than applied the pressure on nonacupoint. By the way, the massage of acupoint can make heart rate stabilize(HR_CV significantly decrease). On the nonacupoint, PIV response can not significantly increase DCflux and ACflux. This could mean the massage of acupoint can effectively improve the supply of blood flow of microcirculation than other massages, in order to achieve health protection. On the other hand, the right hand didn’t have the particular response from our parameters.
