在全球的併購壓力及大者恆大的市場競爭壓力下,企業透過外包策略擴大企業資源,增強組織能力已是重要的經營策略,企業和外包商的外包關係建立與經營儼然成為重要課題之一。國內外相關文獻中,對於夥伴關係之探討,未提及夥伴關係所扮演的角色對企業的競爭優勢在委外績效會有何種關係變化,且在透過企業採行不同的外包型態或動機下夥伴關係對於企業的競爭優勢產生的委外績效的影響。因此本研究以台灣製造業為研究對象,夥伴關係與委外績效為主軸,探討不同外包型態企業夥伴關係之互動如何影響委外績效。
企業如何透過專業知識與能力的外部資源,以強化企業本身的競爭實力相形重要。企業與外包商間應採取的關係運用,以因應外部環境的趨勢發展,得以維持企業的競爭力並提升委外績效。本研究乃由一個綜觀式的方法以台灣製造業為研究主體,探討外包觀點下,夥伴關係的運用、企業競爭優勢對委外績效的關係,夥伴關係方面以緊密的策略夥伴關係、疏離的市場交易關係兩個構面探討;透過文獻歸納出競爭優勢四的主要表現因素:新產品的競爭優勢、價格、品質、交期;委外績效方面以策略性利益、經濟性利益及技術利益三個衡量構面,使用者觀點以使用者滿意度構面,形成為觀念性研究架構。另外針對不同的外包型態對於此研究架構的差異分析。並利用台灣製造業為研究主體,企業從事外包策略之動機做分析,分別針對企業成立年數及外包種類。
本研究藉由皮爾森相關分析與迴歸分析,針對國內製造業採行外包之受測企業進行研究。研究結果實證夥伴關係與企業競爭優勢間具有顯著的正向影響,在企業競爭優勢與委外績效的表現有顯著的正向影響。另外,夥伴關係、企業競爭優勢對委外績效有正面顯著影響。最後敘述統計分析外包動機結果指出,20年以下或製程中外包之企業,以減少成本及提升組織績效為主;20年以上或非製程中外包之企業,以減少成本及加強核心業務主。其外包的目的在於縮減成本、提升核心能力及組織績效。
Mergers and acquisitions in the global competitive pressure and market pressure, business enterprises through outsourcing strategy to expand resources, enhance the organizational capacity is an important business strategy, enterprise and outsourcing companies outsourcing relationship is important to establish and operate one of the topics. The relevant literature both at home and abroad, to explore the relationship between the partners, the partnership did not mention the role of the competitive advantage of enterprise performance in the outsourcing relationship between the changes in what will be. Adopted by enterprises of different patterns or motives of outsourcing partnerships for the competitive advantages of outsourcing performance. In this study, therefore the manufacturing industry in Taiwan as the research object, the performance of partnerships and outsourcing mainly to explore the different types of enterprises outsourcing partnership outsourcing affect performance.
How the expertise and capacity of external resources to strengthen the competitiveness of their enterprises is important. Between enterprises and the outsourcing vendor relationship should be taken to use. Trends in the use of the development of the external environment in order to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises and improve the performance of outsourcing. Looking at this study by a Taiwan-based approach to manufacturing the main body for research to explore the outsourcing perspective, the partnership between the use of competitive advantages of outsourcing business performance relationship. Partnership to a close strategic partnership, the alienation of the market transactions to explore the relationship between the two dimensions. Through the competitive advantage literature identifies four main factors: the competitive advantages of new products, price, quality and delivery. Outsourcing performance to strategic interests, economic interests and technological interests of the three measured dimensions, the user point of view to the user satisfaction dimensions, and form the framework for the study of the concept. In addition, different types of outsourcing research framework for this analysis of the differences. Taiwan to study the main manufacturing enterprise engaged in the motivation to do the outsourcing strategy analysis, respectively, the number of years for the establishment of enterprises and the types of outsourcing.
In this study, by Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis, in view of domestic manufacturing enterprises to adopt the outsourcing of research. Study partnerships between competitive advantage and business with significant positive effects. Performance and competitive advantage are outsourcing a significant positive impact. In addition, partnerships and outsourcing for competitive advantage has a positive significant impact on performance. Finally, describes the statistical analysis of outsourcing results indicate that the motivation to set up 20 years in business and process outsourcing to reduce costs and enhance organizational performance-based. More than 20 years to set up enterprises or non-manufacturing process outsourcing, in order to reduce costs and increase the main core
business. The purpose of outsourcing is to reduce costs and enhance core competencies and organizational performance.
