知識始終是社會與組織發展與進步的重要核心,其重要性已超越了過去企業所強調的其他資源,成為現今企業強調競爭力的重要指標,並持續投資相關的資訊流程及資訊系統以達到有效的知識管理目的。隨著近年來資訊產品品牌廠商的低價競爭,在IT產品研發設計的代工產業也進入強調微利的時代,代工產業除了面對品牌客戶所要求的設計與製造挑戰,還必須設定目標並持續進行產品、流程、與系統的改善以達到企業成本的有效控制,完成永續經營和為客戶創造價值的目的。TRIZ理論是近年來被熱烈討論的一種創新方法,產品與功能的設計改善是較早被應用的範圍,隨著創新理念的推廣與普及,TRIZ理論開始被應用在管理與資訊技術等其他領域,並逐漸受到大家的重視。本研究選擇以TRIZ創新理論作為個案問題解決的方法,針對一IT產品研發設計的知識管理系統中所發生的實際通信流程問題,使用TRIZ矛盾矩陣法進行個案的問題改善及TRIZ創新方法的新穎性訪談與探討,最後歸納出TRIZ應用在該個案領域能夠得到明顯的改善效果,以及過程中對於專業領域知識的強調,提供給思考使用TRIZ進行問題解決的研究者作為創新改善方法的參考。
Knowledge has all along been the core for the progression of society and organizations. The importance of knowledge has transcended the other resources that business emphasized in the past, and become the most important index of current business competitiveness. Realizing that, enterprises have continued investing in information system and enhancing system flows in order to achieve a more effective way for knowledge management.
ODM industry of IT products over the world has entered into a low-profit-age as their world renowned IT customers, such as HP and Dell, have lowered their product prices to increase the market share. These ODM companies not only have to face the challenges on their design skills and manufacturing capabilities, they also have to set targets for continuing improvements on their product, manufacturing flow and their systems for their business to effectively control costs for the benefit of themselves and their customers.
TRIZ is an innovative theory which is being widely discussed these years. TRIZ was first being applied on product design and product improvement. As the concepts in TRIZ being disseminated and popularized, TRIZ started being applied on areas such as business management and information technology, and gradually being recognized by the public.
TRIZ was chosen as the method of my case study for this research. The purpose of this research was to apply TRIZ on a KM system of IT product design and to find out how practical is TRIZ on actual problem solving and also the requirements of the domain knowledge for the reference of those who are planning to make use of TRIZ as well as areas of improvement for the theory.
