A successful KMS implementation processes management should to simultaneously consider the corporate internal, external environment and the properties of the project, to fit with the resources, technology as well as the systematically feedback using the project management method. The research expects to reinforce the management of KMS implementation processes through using PMBOK framework. First of all, it collects and organizes the literatures of KMS and project management, and to establish its framework. Consequently, to confer the case to explore the application of KMS implementation processes management using project management method.
The main object of this research is through the case study to combine theory with practice. To sum up, the conclusion of this research, one thing is sure that the project management method could apply to implement processes of KMS; but, it have to consider the factors as (1) project character, (2) project future risk, (3) specific project objective, (4) formal training for project team, and (5) organizational process assets. Those factors are often to be neglected.
