現今社會各項犯罪中,多數犯嫌已懂得如何在犯罪現場中,利用各種方法避免指紋證據,防止留下犯罪線索,進而使得刑案現場多元化的採證方式,更顯得重要;而「頭髮」係屬多元化採證的重要跡證之ㄧ,尤其人類的頭髮約十萬根,每天自然脫落的頭髮約數十根,若犯嫌犯案時與被害人有所拉扯則現場所遺留的頭髮將更多。
現今的鑑識技術,頭髮跡證皆以DNA的鑑驗為主,惟費時及失敗率頗高;”染髮”早已成為社會的潮流,非特定人的專屬的權利,本研究因而設定以頭髮上的染髮劑為主要分析之載具;透過傅立葉轉換顯微紅外光譜儀(FT-IR Microspectroscopy)分析染髮劑之差異,進而討&;#63809;能否以該鑑析方式區別出&;#63847;同廠牌、型號。
經蒐集市售上的常見染髮劑計有8種品牌共83型號,經以顯微紅外光譜儀分析共可分成69種類別,且各類染髮劑間的差異明顯,可達到分&;#63952;或個化之目的。
透過本研究建&;#63991;本土相關資&;#63934;庫,可供日後鑑驗、比對,並可以提供實務單位作為日後犯罪偵查比對之所需,雖無法確切個化比對犯嫌,但可以縮小犯嫌偵查範圍,對於偵查犯罪有所助益。
