在本篇論文中，我們設計並實作一個以EVM為基礎的Web介面系統，可以對Agile專案作績效監控。原始的EVM提供CPI和SPI兩個專案績效評量指標，為了使Agile專案也能使用這兩個指標，須將EVM的概念依據Agile方法修改，取得相對應的績效評量指標。Agile專案通常利用XPlanner來記錄工時，因此本系統將專案規劃匯入XPlanner，再藉由XPlanner取得實際的工時，計算出EVM的績效評量指標，並以圖形化方式顯示。我們並使用所設計的系統對一個實際進行中的業界Scrum專案進行評估。

In this thesis, we will present the design and implementation of a web-based system for agile project monitoring, based on earned value management (EVM). Earned value management provides two performance indicators, cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (SPI). To use these two performance indices on agile projects, we need to change computation of the indices by using agile metrics. As agile project usually record efforts by using XPlanner, we can calculate EVM’s performance indices with actual efforts data from XPlanner automatically and show the results in diagrams. Our system was also used to evaluate a real world Scrum project.
