Another hand we may say the telecom market is totally freedom.According to the freedom of telecom market, it makes local monopoly telecom company became to more free and greatly competition.3G service not just use for voice messange tranmission for people who has trandition image on mobile phone, the service subjects also becoming the sales point which is attracting of consumers, espceially when the moment government who release the 3G license admit,that creates a new management map in the mobile market, through the new competitor in it, since the day to open the signal of 3G Telecom services in Taiwan, For telecommunication company, it is relation of market orientation and competitive tactic into understand who has to be use own conditions and create values in the future. It has to understand itself wells.In the future, the wining point will be who can fine the suitable product or competitive tactic in service and who can provide the consumer customize solution way, it is the most important game point in this competitive tactic. This research to spare several points, those points use in analyze of Competitive strategy to undersatnd the competitive strategy and enviroment of mobile prodcts, and using SWOT to encode the company situation and fine out the telecom comapny in the suitable competivie tactic though this conclusion of project we could use for this case company management policy as a reference.
