在本論文我們設計出整合式行動電話遠端量測系統,其中包括自動化網路RF訊號量測程式ANRSM(Automatic Network RF Signal Measurement),另一為RF模組及基頻硬體裝置自動化自我診斷程式SmartMobileTest,最後為RF遠端控制測試程式RRCTP(RF Remote Control Test Program)。ANRSM及SmartMobileTest此二自動化程式最大之優點在於它是一個體積小、具可攜性、又可縮減測試時間並降低RF測試複雜性的程式。ANRSM將3GPP RF Spec TS 51.010嵌入(Embedded)程式內部並透過VISA進行GPIB 控制,進而達到RF綜合測試儀的控制並進一步使用LabVIEW及Web Publish技術開發出RRCTP達到遠端控制及指令資料交換的功能。在ANRSM及SmartMobileTest相互配合下可快速找出影響RF 靈敏度(Sensitivity)的雜訊(Noise),最後開發出Embedded RF 2G及3G測試程式用來量測真實網路的RF Sensitivity及相關RF參數,顯示於智慧型手機螢幕上。
In this paper we design three programs.The first is an automatic network RF signal measurement (ANRSM), the second is an automatic RF module and baseband hardware device for self-diagnosis in a SmartMobileTest, and third is an RF remote control test program (RRCTP). The greatest advantages of our ANRSM and our SmartMobileTest are that they are of a small size with portability, and that they reduce both the test time and the complexity of RF test programs. Our ANRSM is written in C++ language. This program uses the embedded 3GPP RF Spec TS 51.010 and by means of Virtual Instrument Software Architecture (VISA) controls the General Purpose Interface Bus (GPIB) which is used to control the RF base station simulator. Moreover we use LabVIEW and Web publishing technology to develop the RRCTP to implement the remote control and the command exchange. The SmartMobileTest program is created on a Windows Mobile OS to test the function of the RF and of the baseband module. Both our ANRSM and our SmartMobileTest support RF automatic testing and detection for the hardware performance of all the RF and baseband modules in a Smartphone. By combining these two programs we are able to identify quickly the effect of both RF sensitivity and noise. Finally we developed an embedded RF 2G and 3G test program, it can display the related RF parameter and real network RF sensitivity in the smart phone.
