本研究旨在設計適合國小之「老化教育方案」課程，同時瞭解實施「老化教育方案」課程後，其對國小學童老人歧視之影響，並根據研究結果對相關教育機構及國小教師提出之具體建議。
本研究採用準實驗研究法，研究對象為苗栗縣某國小五年級學童為研究對象，由五年級九個班級中選取其中二班，一班為實驗組而另一班則為控制組。二班共60位學童均參與「國小學童老人歧視問卷」，於教學實驗前一週進行前測評量，於實驗教學後一週進行後測評量。以獨立樣本t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法加以分析，以瞭解「老化教育方案」課程介入後的成效。
研究結論歸納如下：
一、國小學童對老人歧視情形中等偏低。
二、國小學童對老人歧視以「社會層面」歧視程度最高。
三、影響國小學童對老人歧視之因素為「與老人同住經驗」、「與老人相處情形」。
四、參與老化教育方案，有助於降低國小學童對老人歧視的情形。
五、完善的老化教育方案內容與實施方式，可以有效降低國小學童對老人歧視。

依據上述結論，本研究提出以下幾點建議以供參考：
一、對國小教師的建議
（一）在教學活動中，多讓學童分享與老人良好的同住經驗、相處經驗，以減少對老人的歧視。


（二）設計完善的老化教育方案，採取適當的教學策略，以降低國小學童對老人的歧視。

二、對國小行政部門的建議
（一）將老化教育相關議題，納入教師研習活動。
（二）運用老人志工參與教學活動。
（三）增購老化教育相關的書籍或影片，以供教學之應用。

三、對教育行政機關的建議
（一）鼓勵國民小學安排學童與老人互動的學習活動。
（二）將老化教育的內容融入國小課程綱要中，以增進學童對老人的認識。
（三）辦理教師老化教育方案的研習活動。

四、對後續研究之建議
（一）建議未來的研究可以針對不同區域、不同背景，國民小學一到六年級每一個年段的學童為對象，設計適合其身心發展的老化教育方案。
（二）建議未來進行相關研究時，可考慮處以更多元的途徑來蒐集相關資料，如觀察記錄、焦點團體、深入訪談、進行協同合作教學或運用不同形式的量表於不同的時間點加以評估。
（三）建議可增加其他變項進行探討，如學童的年齡、居住的地區、宗教信仰、是否修習過與老人相關的課程等。

Purpose of this study is designed to accommodate elementary school's "Aging Education Program" course at the same time understand the implementation of the "aging education program," the course, its elementary school children the impact of discrimination against the elderly and, based on the findings of the relevant educational institutions and teachers in the specific proposed.
In this study, quasi-experimental research method to study the object for the Miaoli County fifth-grade students as the research object, from the fifth grade classes in the nine select one of the second class, a class for the experimental group while the other class, students are as a control group. Second class of 60 students were involved in teaching a week before the experiment, "discrimination against the elderly elementary school children questionnaire" before the measurement volume and a week after the experimental teaching the amount of post-evaluation. As the statistical principles applied include paired t-test and an independent sample of single-factor analysis of variable factors to be addressed in order to understand the "aging Education Program" course intervention effectiveness.
Findings of the study are as follows：
1.The suggestions for the elementary school teacher:
(1) To make the children share the fine experiences to stay with and get along
with the elder to reduce the elder discrimination in the teaching activity.
(2) Design the perfection aging education program and adopt the proper
teaching strategy to reduce the elder discrimination of the elementary
school children.
2.The suggestions for the administrative department of the elementary school:
(1) To bring the related topics of aging education into the teachers’ research
and study activities.
(2) To make use of the elder volunteers to participate the teaching activities.
(3) To buy the related books and videos of aging education for teaching and learning in the administrative department of the elementary school.
3. The suggestions for the educational administrative organization:
(1) To encourage the elementary school to arrange the learning activity for the elder and children to make interaction.
(2) To integrate the aging education into the outline of elementary school courses to increase the elder-understanding for children.
(3) To hold the aging education program for teachers’ research and study activities.
4. The suggestions for the follow-up research:
(1) The future research could be aimed at different region and background
children, from grade one to six to design the proper the aging education program for their body and mind development.
(2) It could consider using multiple ways to collect the related information,
for instance, observational recordings, the focusing group, interviews in depth, to proceed the cooperative education or make use of different measure of forms in different time to construct the estimate.
(3) It suggested increasing the other change items for discussion, such as the
years of children, the resident region, the religious belief and whether take the elder related courses or not and so on.
