In recent years, IC manufacturing technology like as PC manufacturers and Netcom industry is explosive speed of changing and growing satisfied with required electronic components quantity. If we can improve the functions of production equipments, we can increase the quantity of products. The purpose of this work is to investigate suction rate of passive components with different sizes under different suction pressure when the turntable inhales the components. First, we investigate the variables of suction rate of passive components. The variables are suction pressure, motor speed, size and weight of passive components. When one of variables was selected and changed, we have the data of suction rate with all variables. We can analysis the suction rate data by experimental data table listing. Finally, we can clearly know which variable is important to suction rate. The experimental results will help us to improve suction rate of passive components.
