各產業逐漸體認到知識資產的價值及知識管理(Knowledge Management, KM)的重要性,以及在資訊科技快速發展下,大量的知識被儲存已不是難事,但隨著被儲存的知識越來越多,進而造成資訊超載(Over Load)現象,也提昇了知識資料搜尋和擷取的困難度;以致在組織成員知識學習、分享或組織高層決策的參考上常會發生不知道有哪些知識可以利用?有哪些專家可以諮詢?知識資料存放的位置在哪裡?在此情況下導致知識資產的價值性未被提升、利用性未被提高。
  本研究將以”A”區域教學醫院為個案研究對象,利用知識定義(Knowledge Identification, KI)的工具-知識地圖(Knowledge Map),從企業資訊資源的角度,分析(Analysis)內部知識分佈的情況,並依據學者Eppler (2001)以內容、目的、架構所分類出的五種知識地圖(Knowledge Map)為基準,繪製出研究個案之相關知識地圖,同時以視覺化的方式導引,協助使用者提升搜尋知識的速度及知識擷取的正確性,以提供日後企業組織,發展整合性知識管理系統之知識定義(Knowledge Identification, KI)的參考。
The industry began to realize the value of intellectual property and the importance of knowledge management(KM), as well as the rapid development in information technology, a lot of knowledge is stored is not a difficult task, but as is stored knowledge are more and more, which in turn resulted in information overload, and also improves the knowledge data search and retrieval difficult; so much so that in the Organization's members to share knowledge, or organize high-level decision-making reference on regular occurrence did not know what knowledge you can use? what are the experts consultation? where knowledge data stored? in this case resulting in the value of knowledge assets have not been promoted, and not to improve usability.
This study will be to "A" regional hospital as a case study object, using the Knowledge Identification(KI) tool - Knowledge Map from the point of view of enterprise information resources, analysis internal knowledge distribution and scholars Eppler (2001) content, purpose, structure classification out of five Knowledge Map, draw on the case of related knowledge map, while visually guided to help users enhance search knowledge in terms of speed and accuracy of knowledge capture, to provide future enterprise organizations, development of integrated knowledge management system KI reference.
