隨著全球化的發展,許多先進國家的傳統產業在勞力及土地成本喪失優勢後,依然能在國際上保有競爭優勢,究其原因,靠的就是創新以及技術的更新。例如:荷蘭的花卉、法國的香水及酒、瑞士的鐘錶、乳品和巧克力均是如此,有鑑於此,面對越南的皮鞋產業,也可透過技術的升級和發展人力資源找到生存的利基。
本研究以企業的使命陳述為前提,結合SWOT分析、五力模型與PESTEL模型,分析模型中可能影響策略形成之關鍵要素,由評估結果去掌握策略要素,以建議未來32公司的策略方向,並於高度競爭的皮鞋產業環境中永續經營,成為「穩定中求發展-越南第一的皮鞋製造公司」。
Along with globalized development, the traditional industries of many developed countries can still maintain competitive advantage after the labor force and the land cost lose the superiority, investigates its reason, depending on is the innovation as well as the technical renewal. For example: Holland's flowers, France's perfume and the liquor, Switzerland's clock and watch, the dairy product and the chocolate. In view of this, facing Vietnam's leather shoes industry also the permeable technology's promotion and the development human resources found the survival the tally company.
This research take enterprise's mission statement as a premise, combined with SWOT analysis, five-forces model and PESTEL model to analyze the model may affect the critical elements in strategy formation.By the results of the assessment strategy to master the elements, suggested that in the future 32 company's strategy directions, and shoes in a highly competitive industry environment which will compete highly continue forever to manage, become “stably ask the development - Vietnam first leather shoes manufacture company”.
