隨著人們愈來愈重視休閒與渡假,促使台灣各觀光地區的飯店、民宿逐步增加。相對的,選擇性增加,消費者對飯店與民宿的安全顧慮愈多。以往飯店、套房與民宿客房都是使用傳統門鎖,例如:喇叭鎖等。直到近年來離線式及連線式刷卡系統逐漸興起,以及這些年在業界中非常熱門的無線射頻標籤(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)門禁系統,已逐漸取代傳統門禁的控管。以上提及的所有門禁系統,皆需耗費相當大的人力進行門鎖鑰匙與卡片的發放、回收,以及承擔不當使用或鑰匙遺失的莫大損失,甚至於有非常大的安全疑慮。
本論文是藉由二維條碼(Quick Response Code,QR Code)或行動電話號碼為門鎖之數位鑰匙,透過3G 無線網路進行門禁管理,達到無人化管理的目的。本管理方式透過網路進行數位鑰匙發放、設定後端伺服器,進行數位鑰匙有效性與時效性之門禁管理,節省管制與發放鑰匙所需的人力與成本,提高消費者住房的隱私性、安全性與便利性。數位鑰匙為二維條碼時,其具有儲存量大、保密性高、成本便宜等特性,只需透過網路傳輸其設定之條碼至行動通訊裝置,即可完成鑰匙發放動作。具有唯一性的行動電話號碼當作門鎖的數位鑰匙,此
數位鑰匙成本低,取得、攜帶及使用方便,且複製不易,透過後端系統設定行動電話號碼為數位鑰匙,即可完成鑰匙發放動作。以上兩種數位鑰匙,皆不需藉由人工管理鑰匙之發放動作,不僅可降低管理成本,更是提高住戶之隱私及人身財產安全。不同於以往傳統門鎖及刷卡門禁系統,在管制與發放鑰匙上必須付出相當大的人力及資源成本。
