在現今競爭激烈、多元變化的知識經濟時代,知識已成為企業最重要的核心能力。以知識為基礎的企業中,知識被視為在生產過程中一項重要的輸入元素與產出。在知識的創造過程中,有許多非結構性、非正式的機制在運作。整合知識的能力對組織而言是一項關鍵的成功因素。音樂事業屬於文化產業的一種。所謂文化產品是非物質性的(nonmaterial),同時對於消費者而言,這是屬於美學(aesthetic),或是情感上的(expressive),而不具有一般純粹效用或實用上(utilitarian)的功能。而音樂之技術與知識多半為內隱性非外顯性,不易被看見或紀錄。在1920年後,因革命性技術「錄製技術」,音樂被大量商品化,音樂產業已成為文化藝術產業中,最耀眼及最重要的強勢主導者,且現代人因物質生活富裕,進而追求較高層次之精神生活,故文化藝術產業已成為現代人生活中不可忽視的一環。過去關於智慧資本以及以知識移轉為主題的研究,大多關注於高科技產業之知識移轉,極少探討內隱性知識較多之文化藝術產業。本研究將從智慧資本的不同類型,探討智慧資本和知識移轉的關係。希望能提升對智慧資本與知識移轉兩者關係的了解,並從不同類型的智慧資本進行其和知識移轉的關係之分析。本研究採用質性研究來探討智慧資本與知識移轉各項議題,在研究設計上則參考「深度訪談法」(In-Depth Interview)與「個案研究」(Case Study)之概念與作法,以滾雪球抽樣法(snowball sampling)選取音樂產業內具代表性之台灣樂團為研究對象,確認在不同於一般企業的文化下,不同類型的智慧資本與知識移轉關係的架構。故本研究建議各種組織,應重視智慧資本與知識移轉的關係,無論是提升人力資本、組織資本,或是提升兩者以達到相輔相成之效果,組織必須移轉與運用,如此才能有助於個體知識移轉成功機率,且進ㄧ步提升組織知識資產的競爭力。
In this newly competitive and dynamic knowledge economic period, knowledge has become the most important core capability for an enterprise. In a knowledge based enterprise, knowledge is considered an important input and output factor during production process. In the process of knowledge creation, there are many nonstructural and nonofficial systems working in the process. The ability to integrate knowledge is a key factor of success for an organization. The music industry is one kind of cultural enterprise. The cultural product is nonmaterial, aesthetic and expressive for a consumer. It doesn’t have an utilitarian function compared to real products. The technique and knowledge of music is mostly intangible, not easy to be seen and recorded. After 1920, contributed to revolutionary record technology, the music is mass produced commercially. The music industry has already become the strongest leader of cultural art or business and a part of modern living style result of abundant material then pursue the spiritual satisfied life. This research is going to discuss the relationship between knowledge capital and knowledge transformation from different knowledge capital type and to understand the relationship between this two factors. This research uses In-Depth Interview, Case Study, and snowball sampling to discuss each issue about the relationship between knowledge capital and knowledge transformation and to assure different type of the relationship of knowledge capital and knowledge transferring structure based on different enterprise culture. Hence, our study suggests that organizations should pay attention to the Intellectual Capital, Knowledge transfer and the relationship between them. Whether to enhance human capital or organizational capital, or enhance the effects of both, organizations must transfer and use them well. It can help individual knowledge transfer successfully, and enhance the competitiveness of organizational knowledge assets.
