本計劃主要發展一套可應用於影像監視系統之動態影像追蹤技術,來進行即時監測。所規劃之影像監視系統使用八顆安裝於八角形固定平台的紅外線感測器,偵測入侵者,再依據入侵者方位,旋轉PTZ攝影機對準入侵者,來進行監視,因為PTZ攝影機旋轉範圍小於360度,本研究設計一旋轉平台,可將PTZ攝影機固定於旋轉平台上,當入侵者進入防範區域時,控制系統依據紅外線感測器之感測結果,旋轉PTZ攝影機的鏡頭對準入侵者,進行影像追蹤;攝影機對準入侵者後,系統偵測在畫面中移動物體影像,移動物體影像之位置及尺寸資訊做為物體影像追蹤初始化之設定參數。物體追蹤模組進行入侵者追蹤,本研究利用均值法則進行追蹤,為了確保移動物體影像能維持在畫面中,而不會脫離畫面,我們利用模糊理論依據移動影像來決定PTZ旋轉方向及速度,為了達成即時控制,我們採離線方式,分析位置來建立出對應表,透過查表方式來控制PTZ攝影機轉動速度,使物體能保持在畫面中央位置。另外,本研究以MySQL資料庫溝通方式完成遠端監控,讓使用者透過網路直接操控PTZ攝影機旋轉,並透過PTZ網路攝影機來進行遠端監視。
This design proposes a vision-based monitoring system. The hardware and software consist of infrared sensor circuit, rotary mechanism, controller, MySQL database, remote monitoring, moving target detection and color tracking. The system uses eight infrared sensors to detect the burglar. The sensors are installed in a fixed octagon platform. When a burglar enters, the developed system detects the locality of the burglar according to the sensory results. A pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera is immediately rotated to aims the burglar according to the detection results of locality. Because the rotation of PTZ camera is less than 360 degree, a rotation mechanism is designed to rotate the PTZ camera. Image processing technologies are first used to find a rectangle region that covers the image of the burglar for tracking initialization. Color feature analysis is used for tracking. An algorithm will be proposed for tracking the burglar. Color feature analysis, mean shift, and fuzzy rule inference are used to control the pan/tilt/zoom motor of PTZ camera for tracking the burglar. The algorithm must make the camera monitor the burglar image precisely by the mean shift method and Fuzzy sets rules. To meet the real time requirement, all possible condition will be offline processed to build a decision table. The decision table is used for the system to implement the tracking algorithm. The system successfully detects and tracks the moving man in the experiments. The target image will be always shown in a camera’s view. The SQL database is setup for sending the message of remote control. The user easily controls the PTZ camera by Internet
