由於全球暖化因素,促使環保意識崛起,各國紛紛制定出環保相關法規,例如:歐盟頒布的WEEE、ROHS指令,及我國法規強制規定,廢容器、廢汽機車、廢家電產品及廢電腦需回收再生,以減緩產品對環境衝擊,企業在面臨各種環保法規,採取應對措施,因此產生新的逆向物流之商業模式。從物流觀點來看,過去大都只正視正物流,而漠視逆物流的重要性,完整的供應鏈兩者需同時具備,而好的逆向物流管理,可以使得企業節省相關成本,同時亦可以增加對顧客的服務,對於企業來說,逆向物流如同是企業的核心計畫之一。企業在執行策略常因內在及外在環境因素而有所調整,使用合適的逆物流管理模式,將提升公司營運績效且也提升顧客滿意度。

本研究將針對國內3C 零售商業者,採用問卷調查法,共回收102份有效問卷。研究結果顯示,資訊系統支援會正向影響逆物流績效;資源承諾會正向影響逆物流績效;而資源承諾、資訊系統支援的互動性對逆物流績效會產生正面影響。
Concerns on global warming has increased the awareness in environmental protection issues, and many nations around the world have put forth environmental protection regulations to reduce the product’s impact on the environment, e.g., WEEE and ROHS from the European Union, and the mandatory recycle and reuse of containers, automobiles and motorcycles, appliances, and computers – thus created a new reverse logistics business model. In the past, logistics has only been considered as uni-direction, that is, from raw materials to final products, and the importance of this reverse logistics has not been recognized, but its importance is quite obvious in establishing a complete and comprehensive supply chain. It is perceivable that a well-thought-out reverse logistics management can reduce cost and increase the services for customers, and reverse logistics should therefore become one of the core functions for enterprises. As enterprises need to adjust strategies according to their internal and external factors, with proper reverse logistics management model can increase company’s operational performance and customer’s satisfaction.

This thesis surveys 3C retailers through questionnaires, with 102 valid responses received. Results indicated that information system supports positively affects the performance of reverse logistics, resource commitments positively affect the performance of reverse logistics, and the interaction of resource commitments and information system support positively affects the performance of inverse logistics.
