台灣學童液態乳品的平均每人攝取量,遠遠低於歐美等西方國家。液態乳品來說,可分成含糖的調味乳與發酵乳,以及原味的鮮乳或原味保久乳,對於健康來說,原味乳的營養價值較高,可鼓勵學童多加飲用,不但能增進乳業發展,對於鈣質攝取更有幫助。
  本研究將使用Bivariate Censored Probit模型,來討論台灣國小學童的液態乳品的選擇行為,以及使用Order Probit模型來探討消費數量,以探討包含父母認知、父母行為…等各方面因子的影響。
  本文的實證結論顯示,父母行為能夠使學童對液態乳品的選擇行為產生效果。父母的對乳品屬性的認知能進一步影響到學童的乳品攝取數量。
