根據美國睡眠呼吸暫停協會(American Sleep Apnea Association, ASAA)統計,至少有1千2百萬的美國人患有睡眠呼吸暫停,其中阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停佔84%。目前在檢測睡眠呼吸中止症的方法中,最常見的為「多導睡眠圖(polysomnography, PSG)」,但在進行檢測時必需在睡眠檢測中心進行整晚的睡眠實驗。由於睡眠中心的床位有限加上在診斷和治療上必需花費許多的等待時間;再者於不熟悉的環境進行睡眠,可能會影響到受測者的睡眠品質。因此,在自己家中檢測睡眠情況會提供一個更為貼切的環境及評估方法。
本研究提出可攜式居家多重生理記錄器,它具備了微小化及模組化之特點,並利用Micro-SD卡儲存所有生理訊號以提供專家判讀及診斷受測者的睡眠狀況。製作完成後為了驗證本系統的可行性,將與市售的產品Siesta 802做比較,並同時在健康的受測者身上錄製Siesta 802和本研究所提出的系統。而兩套系統在時域、頻域及睡眠階段上的比較分析,皆有很高的相似度。故本系統可以在居家睡眠檢測的研究上能實際的運用。
According to the American Sleep Apnea Association (American Sleep Apnea Association, ASAA) statistics, at least 12 million Americans suffer from sleep apnea, including obstructive sleep apnea 84%. The polysomnography (PSG) is the gold standard for the diagnosis of sleep apnea. The diagnosis of OSA requires an overnight sleep experiment in the sleep laboratory. As the sleep laboratory beds is limited in the diagnosis and treatment necessary to spend a lot of waiting time. In addition to unfamiliar sleep environment may affect the sleep quality of subjects. Thus, diagnosis of sleep in their own homes will provide a more reliable of the environment and assessment methods.
In this paper, we propose a portable home multiple physiological recorders. It has a miniature, modular design and uses Micro-SD card to store all physiological signals, it can provide expert interpretation and diagnosis of the subjects of sleep. After the system developed, the measurement performance of the system is compared with the Siesta 802. The several healthy volunteer patients simultaneously performed PSG experiment with Siesta 802 System and our PSG system. The two systems in time domain, frequency domain and comparative analysis of sleep stages, there are very high similarity. Therefore, this system can be detected in the study of sleep at home can actually use.
