摘要
本研究之目的在於探討教練-選手關係對衝突處理型態及滿意度的預測,並檢驗衝突處理型態在教練-選手關係影響滿意度的中介效果。本研究的參與者為SBL與WSBL的球員共計142名,其中包括男生82名,女生60名。經過各隊的教練及選手同意後,利用三個問卷工具測量參與者所知覺到的教練-選手關係、衝突處理型態及滿意度。多元迴歸分析的研究結果顯示:教練-選手關係中的「互補性」可正向預測衝突處理型態中的「整合」、「支配」、「迴避」和「妥協」。教練-選手關係中的「親密性」及「互補性」可正向預測選手的滿意度。再者,教練-選手關係中的「互補性」會透過衝突處理型態中的「整合」和「支配」正向預測選手的「滿意度」。研究結果部分支持研究假設,本研究根據研究結果提出討論,亦針對實際應用與後續研究方向提出建議。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the predictive utility of coach-athlete relationship on elite basketball players’ conflict management styles and satisfaction. The mediation effect of conflict management styles between the relationship of coach-athlete relationship and satisfaction was also examined. Participants were 142 WSBL and SBL basketball players (82 males and 60 females). After receiving the informed consent from coaches and players, participant were requested to complete three questionnaires which assessed players’ perception of coach-athlete relationship, the conflict management styles, and satisfaction. The results of a serial multiple regression analyses indicated that the "Complementary" of coach-athlete relationship positively predicted "Integration", "Domination", "Evasive" and "Compromise" in conflict management styles. In addition, the “Closeness” and "Complementary" of coach-athlete relationship positively predicted players’ satisfaction. Moreover, "Integration" and "Domination" in conflict management styles played as mediators in terms of the coach-athlete relationship predicting satisfaction. The results of this study partially supported the hypotheses. Implications, applications, and future directions are discussed.
