本研究目的旨在於建構出中老年婦女活力年齡的公式。以桃園地區106位40-74歲中老年婦女為對象,進行體適能及血液生化值的檢測,將這些檢測數據利用主成份分析,建構出中老年婦女活力年齡的公式。所有受試者皆進行血壓、抽血及安靜心電圖測量,且經醫生確認為無慢性疾病者,再進行體適能檢測。本研究體適能檢測項目包括椅子站立、功能性前伸、閉眼單足立、左右橫移、最大攝氧量及換氣閾值。而血液生化值項目為血球容積比、總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、三酸甘油酯、肌酸激酶、白蛋白及C-反應蛋白。利用主成份分析法以建構活力年齡的公式,活力得分為(0.072×椅子站立)+(0.040×功能性前伸)+(0.016×閉眼單足立)+(0.045×左右橫移)+(0.035×最大攝氧量)+(0.014×換氣閾值)-(0.047×血球容積比)+(0.007×總膽固醇)+(0.005×高密度脂蛋白)+(0.007×低密度脂蛋白)-(0.004×三酸甘油酯)-(0.0001×肌酸激酶)-(0.010×白蛋白)-(0.714×C-反應蛋白) -4.631。活力年齡公式為(-8.59×活力得分)+(0.157×實際年齡)+43.80。結果顯示平均活力年齡為51.16±9.40歲,平均實際年齡為51.93±8.59歲,兩者之相關係數r=.67。進行本研究之複核效度考驗,發現平均活力年齡為47.45±10.44歲,平均實際年齡為48.35±7.18歲,兩年齡間的相關r= .68。本研究結果指出活力年齡公式可以判別相同年齡但不同個體之健康狀況。
The purpose of this study was to constructed a formula to compute vital age in middle-aged and older females. The participants were 106 females aged 40-74 years old in Taoyuan, for physical fitness and blood biochemical values of the detection, to detect the use of principal component analysis of data, Construction of the vitality of older women in the age formula. All subjects, either in blood pressure, blood and rest electrocardiogram, and confirmed by a doctor for subjects without chronic diseases, and then underwent physical fitness test. In this study, physical fitness test items included have a chair stand, functional reach, single-leg balance with eyes closed, side-to-side stepping, maximal oxygen uptake and ventilatory threshold and blood of the value of the project for more than hematocrit, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, triglyceride, creatine Kinase, albumin and C-reactive protein. The use of principal component analysis method to construct the formula for the vital age, vitality age score:(0.072×chair stand)+(0.040×functional reach)+(0.016 ×single-leg balance with eyes closed)+(0.045×side-to-side stepping) + (0.035 ×Maximal oxygen uptake) + (0.014 × ventilatory threshold) -(0.047×hematocrit)+(0.007×total cholesterol)+(0.005high-density Lipoprotein)+(0.007×low-density lipoprotein)-(0.004×triglyceride) -(0.0001× creatine kinase) - (0.010 ×albumin) - (0.714 ×C-reactive protein) -4.631. Vital age of the formula: (-8.59×vitality scores) + (0.157×age) +43.80. The results showed that the average vital age 51.16 ± 9.40 years old, chronological age 51.93 ± 8.59 years old, both for the correlation coefficient r = .67. After cross validity test, the correlation between mean between vital age 47.45 ± 10.44 years old and chronological age 48.35 ± 7.18 years old was r = .68. The conclusion is the formula can estimate the health index, and distinguish individual’s physical status at same age.
