本研究主要探討的目的：一、瞭解高中職羽球選手在教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之現況。二、比較不同背景變項之高中職羽球選手在教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之差異情形。三、探討高中職羽球選手在教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之相關情形。四、分析高中職羽球選手知覺教練領導行為對團隊凝聚力之預測情形。本研究利用修編之「全國高中職羽球教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之問卷」為研究工具進行調查。問卷內容包含：一、個人基本資料；二、高中職羽球教練領導行為量表，量表包含訓練與指導行為、關懷行為、專制行為、獎賞行為、民主行為五個構面。三、高中職羽球選手團隊凝聚力量表，量表包含團隊合作、人際親和、團隊適應、人際吸引四個構面。本研究對象為全國高中職羽球選手，共發放問卷311份，剔除無效問卷12份，有效問卷為299份，樣本回收率為96.14%。資料處理採描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步回歸等。調查之資料經統計分析後發現：一、高中職羽球選手，在教練領導行為方面，皆對「訓練與指導行為」感受及接受程度較高，對「專制行為」則感受與接受程度最低。團隊凝聚力方面，對「團隊適應」感受及接受程度較高，對「人際親和」則感受與接受程度最低。二、不同背景變項的高中職羽球選手的教練領導行為，在「性別」、「年級」、「球齡」、「個人最佳成績」、「教練性別」、「教練年資」、「球隊每周訓練量」均達顯著差異。三、不同背景變項的高中職羽球選手團隊凝聚力，在「性別」、「年級」、「個人最佳成績」、「教練性別」、「教練年資」、「教練畢業科系（所）」、「球隊每周訓練量」均達顯著差異。四、高中職羽球選手的教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力達顯著正相關。五、臺北市高中職羽球選手知覺的教練領導行為能有效預測團隊凝聚力。

The purposes of this study are: (1) to realize the current status of badminton players’ coach leading behaviors and team cohesion in senior high school; (2) to compare the differences between coaches’ leading behaviors and team cohesion among senior high school badminton players; (3) to discuss the relative situation of coaches’ leading behaviors and team cohesion among senior high school badminton players; and (4) to analyze the calculation of coaches’ leading behaviors and team cohesion among senior high school badminton players.
This study adopts the revised version of “senior high school badminton Coaches’ Leading Behaviors and Team Cohesion” as research tool to survey. The questionnaire including: (1) personal information; (2) scales of senior high school badminton coaches’ leading behaviors. The scale including 5 dimensions: coaches’ training and guiding behaviors, attentive behaviors, authoritarian behaviors, reward and caring behaviors, democratic behaviors, and (3) scales of senior high school badminton players’ team cohesion, which involves 4 dimensions: team cooperation, interpersonal affability, squad adaptability, and interpersonal attraction. The research targets are 311 senior high school badminton players. Among them, 12 questionnaires are invalid, with the recruiting rate of 96.14 %. Data collected are processed by description of statistical results, t-Test of independence, One-Way ANOVA, Scheffe’s meta-analysis, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression, etc. The major conclusions in this study are presented as follow：
(1) In terms of coaches’ leading behaviors, senior high school badminton players show highest acceptance toward coaches’ training and guiding behaviors and lowest acceptance toward authoritarian behaviors. in terms of team cohesion, players show higher acceptance toward squad adaptability and lower acceptance toward interpersonal affability.
(2) Significant statistical differences within senior high school badminton players’ percept toward their coaches’ leading behaviors have been observed under the control of such variables as gender, grades, years of training, personal best scores, coaches’ gender, coaches seniority, and the training quantity of each week.
(3) In the dimension of team cohesion among elementary school volleyball players in Taipei, statistical significances have been detected under the variables such as: gender and coaches’ gender.
(4) Senior high school badminton players’ perception toward coaches’ leading behaviors and team cohesion are positively related.
(5) Senior high school badminton Coaches’ leading behaviors can efficiently predict team cohesion.
