近年來供應鏈管理逐漸受到企業的重視,但品質管理相關議題對於企業管理者之重要性,雖然眾所周知,針對品質管理觀點探討供應鏈管理的文獻,則尚屬有限或不夠深入,在現今企業全球化、管理國際化,如何提升企業整體競爭能力,就必須更深入探討企業立基根本的供應鏈環境品質管理。因此,本研究將針對前學術與產業實務上品質管理與供應鏈管理各文獻,以系統彙整定義出供應鏈品質管理的概念,並探索供應鏈品質管理之各相關議題。另外,將以知名品牌--蘋果電腦--重要零件之一(筆記型電腦電池)的產品供應商,做為個案研究與訪談對象,瞭解供應鏈品質管理在實務上的應用與衍生問題;同時並透過該個案公司之經驗,提出改善供應鏈品質管理的實務架構。藉此研究,期望有助各企業施行供應鏈品質管理時之實務參考、供做學者未來研究相關議題之引申文章。

本研究發現,藉由導入供應鏈品質管理系統,確實可改善供應鏈管理品質與提升營運績效。而所謂供應鏈品質管理系統的系統包含;供應商管理、庫存管理、物流管理以及訂單管理等各項功能。經由此系統所達成的成效有;生產線工單的準時達成、降低產線人力損失工時、降低單位成品報廢金額、IQC LRR在3個月後達成目標、客戶端不良率明顯改善、以及品質與物料管理績效提升,提升並達到客戶滿意等。

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the importance of the concept of quality in a supply chain and present a framework for its improvement.
A literature review was conducted on key quality issues in supply chain. Various dimensions related to the quality in supply chain were explored. This was followed by in-depth exploratory interviews at different levels. Based on insights gained, a conceptual framework for improvement of quality in supply chain is presented.
This paper explores research in the less explored area and offers practical help to researchers and practitioners in providing a direction for service quality improvement in the supply chain.
