事業單位發生職業災害,除了造了人員的受傷外,往往也會對營運及生產造成中斷及損失的影響,進而造成公司競爭力的降低。而過去在事故的預防上許多事業單位也已大量投入在工程技術和管理系統的提升,然而從事故調查分析的歸因當中,不安全的行為仍是造成意外事故發生的主因。近來研究也開始著手在檢視組織及管理因子上的探討。
本研究是以一汽車製造業為對象,以問卷調查方式,來了解組織及管理上的因子對員工安全的影響。
研究的進行方式採以問卷調查,來收集員工對管理階層、工作安全和安全態度,作為個案公司安全氣候的構面。另外並以安全行為及安全措施滿度作為安全績效,並進行安全氣候對安全績效之影響評估。
而在管理因子上的探討,則是以領導與監督為中介變項,探討安全氣候對安全績效之影響。
研究結果發現,1.安全氣候與安全績效具有正相關,且具有預測力。2.領導與監督在安全氣候對安全行為及安全措施滿意度的預測下具有部份中介效果。
Occupational accident not only brings injury to enterprises, but also causes impact to business and productive of enterprises. Furthermore, it could make enterprise lose its competivity in market. In pass decade, most of enterprises have taken a lot of efforts in engineering technic and management system improvement to prevent occupational injury. According to incident investigation attitribution, the main causes of incidents are the unsafe behavior. Recently study has been increased interest in trying to understand how organization and management factor impact workplace safety.
The study aims to examine safety climate of management, work safety and attitudes in a car manufacturing plant, and their releationship with organization and management factors. A questionnaire methology is used to measure safety climate and leadership and supervsion. The self-report behavior and safety satisifiction were also measured as safety context performance. The purpose was to examine the releationship between safety climate and performance.
The result reveals that safety climate positively affect self-reported safety behavrior and safety satisfication. The finding also suggests that safety climate influences safety behavior and satistification through leadership and supervision’s partial mediation.
