現今企業大多跨足兩岸三地,甚至全球化的發展,有著多分公司、或據點的企業架構,因此公司各部門、廠室之間資訊傳遞交換與分享的需求也迅速提升。由於Web 架構之系統,擁有較高的相容性及容易維護等特質,企業內部的資訊傳遞交換,甚至工作業務上的運用,都時常透過Web 架構之資訊系統來完成。在企業中,時常會有因應各部門、廠室資訊應用需求,而獨立開發各式功能模組與服務,以達成單位的需求;而這也造成使用者必須記錄多個簽入入口與存取不同網頁伺服器等問題,這樣除了增加使用者的困擾,也變相造成管理者與程式設計人員的管理負擔,為有效解決此問題,透過單一簽入的應用資訊平台,聚集既有的各功能模組與服務,提供不同使用者(管理者、各業務負責人、主管、員工、客戶等)階級的個人化操作畫面,利用網際網路的優勢及大幅降低紙本、傳遞、應用等成本,及資訊應用的豐富性及多元性,更使得企業資訊入口網站成為企業資訊應用中不可或缺的一環,更能藉此提升企業在資訊應用的關鍵競爭力。本研究以某公司為實例,整合各項資訊服務於單一入口網站,並透過權限控管與資訊整合設計概念,利用開放原始碼的套件進行螺旋式導入開發,使得入口網站能更符合企業員工所應用接納,建立更具彈性且更貼近使用者需求的整合資訊服務。
Today, most enterprise have multiple branch offices located in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong or even globally. The needs for information sharing and exchange between those offices have risen rapidly. Because of the high compatibility and easy maintenance of web-based systems, most enterprise intranet information exchange and work flow systems are built by using web-based information systems. In the enterprise, multiple functional modules and services are often developed independently, to meet the application requirements of different departments. This often makes the user to remember multiple sign-on entrances and access multiple web servers, causing inconveniences to the user and additional maintenance effort to the administrator. In order to solve this problem effectively, we proposed an application platform that offer single sign-on (SSO) mechanism, and converged all functional modules and services into a single portal, provides customized user interface for multiuser (administrator, managers, employees, customers). It uses the advantage of internet to greatly reduce the usage of paper, transmission and application cost, making the Enterprise Information Portal become a necessary component of enterprise information system, and improve the key competitiveness in information application. In this research, we use T Company as a case study, by using open source package and spiral model development, to implement a flexible single portal that integrates all information services, meets user requirements and incorporate access control, making it much more acceptable for the enterprise employees.
