Abstract:In a globalization environment, innovation is the technology industry, keys to success. In recent years, China to actively support the development of the semiconductor industry and focus on IC design industry, currently behind technological capabilities compared to Taiwan. This study used a questionnaire survey method to explore the perceived investment in employee development and work performance. The target respondents for the IC design company employees expect that the study sample of 303 people. As expected, perceived investment in employee development fully mediate the relationship intrinsic motivation and work performance, and intrinsic motivation mediate the relationship the job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
