現今廠商為因應動態環境，必須快速反應市場需求。許多學者認為，廠商與供應商、顧客以及內部跨功能團隊之間若能產生彼此相互整合的活動，將有助於新產品開發的成功並增進整體供應鏈績效。近年來，供應鏈管理文獻也證實資訊科技的進步將影響供應鏈夥伴間的整合程度。因此，本研究議題主要探討製造商如何透過協同能力、電子化整合增進供應鏈彈性績效。本研究以國內800家資訊科技廠商作為實證對象並利用結構方成模式(structure equation modeling, SEM)檢測假設模型間各路徑的可行性，並驗證其假設。研究結果證實電子化整合對於廠商協同能力與供應鏈彈性績效關係中產生中介影響效果。

Nowadays, the business environment becomes much more changeable. The uncertainty of firm's new product development(NPD) also getting arise than before. Some scholars notice that if firms can integrate its suppliers, customers and cross functional team, it would help NPD become success. Prior study also have proved higher level of collaborate competence will make supply chain performance higher. In fact, information technology is much more important to information-related industry than before. But it is relatively little attention to discuss the relationship between collaborate competence e-integration and supply chain flexible performance. Furthermore, supply chain studies also have found that flexibility of supply chain will be the most strategic weapon in century21. Therefore, this study aims to combine three dimensions of collaborate competence: supplier involvement, customer involvement, cross functional team and discuss the impact of e-integration and supply chain flexible performance. We expect our study can make company realize the benefit of firm's collaborate competence and e-integration.
