研究背景:以往訓練下肢爆發力通常是採用阻力訓練,但是最近許多研究顯示,
阻力訓練的方式並不會比增強式訓練還要有效率,因為增強式訓練是結合了牽張
-縮短循環來達到神經適應與彈性能的運用,此外,在兒童期如果參與增強式的
訓練將有助未來在各項運動的表現,因為在這個時期的神經系統具有可塑性且很
容易達到神經的適應。然而,並未有相關研究針對兒童接受增強式訓練後的神經
肌肉活化情形進行研究。
研究目的:本研究目的主要是在了解男童接受八週增強式訓練在運動表現與下肢
神經肌肉活化以及反應的策略。
研究方法:26 位男童參與此研究,並分為實驗組(13 位)與控制組(13 位),實驗組
接受八週的增強式訓練,在訓練前後分別測驗深跳、立定跳遠、20 公尺衝刺跑、
敏捷跑與下肢肌電反應(包含股直肌、股二頭肌、腓腸肌)。
研究結果:在運動表現方面,兩組間在深跳、立定跳遠、20 公尺衝刺跑之進步
百分比達顯著差異(p<.05),實驗組優於控制組,敏捷跑則沒有。肌電值方面,
兩組間在積分肌電值的預先活化期之股直肌與腓腸肌有顯著差異(p<.05),反應
期方面,股直肌、股二頭肌與腓腸肌達顯著差異(p<.05);預先活化期的峰值出
現時間,股直肌達顯著差異(p<.05),反應期在股直肌與腓腸肌達顯著差異
(p<.05)。
Background: The resistance training was the mostly used method to improving
muscle power of the lower extremities. Nevertheless, because of the elastic energy
usage and neuromuscular adaptation, the efficient of plyometric training was better
than resistance training in recently studies shown. In addition, the plyometric training
would improve the sports performance which resulted from nervous plastics and
adaption in pre-puberty stage. However, no research was to assess the effect of
plyometric training in neuromuscular activation of the lower extremities for
pre-puberty boy.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of 8 weeks plyometric
training in sports performance and neuromuscular activation of lower extremities for
pre-puberty boy.
Methods: Twenty-six boys were participated this study, and divide into training group
(13 subjects) and control group (13 subjects). The training group was received the
low-to- moderate intensity plyometric training plus general basketball training across
8 weeks. The control group had only general basketball training during the study. All
subjects were measured height of drop jump, standing jump distance, 20 meters sprint,
time of agility running, and electromyographic(EMG) response of lower extremities
(including rectus femoris, biceps femoris, and gastrocnemius).

Results: In the sports performance, the results were showed the significantly
difference in height of drop jump, standing jump distance, and 20 meters sprint
between experiment and control group, excluding time of agility running. In EMG
response of lower extremities, the pre-active phase of integrated EMG had significant
different between 2 groups in rectus femoris and gastrocnemius during drop jump
landing (p<.05). The reaction phase of integrated EMG had significant different
between 2 groups in all muscles (p<.05). The time to peak EMG was smaller in rectus
femoris of pre-active phase and rectus femoris and gastrocnemius of reaction phase
for training group.
Conclusion: The significant improving in sports performance and EMG response of
lower extremities was found in pre-puberty boys that received the 8-week
low-to-moderate intensity plyometric training, besides the agility running.
