因長時間的久坐進而衍生下背痛及坐骨疼痛等肌肉骨骼傷害疾病,而目前市面上的坐墊及背墊也大多為單獨設計,未能進行整合,無法使坐姿的腰椎接近站立時的腰椎曲線及坐骨粗隆的壓力集中問題,因此目前的產品都未能有效解決人體之抒壓,所以在背墊以及坐墊產品之設計,都尚有改善空間。
本研究為了解決上述之問題,將從文獻探討及專利分析中著手進行,並整理市面上產品設計之缺失與不足,打造一張以解決人體抒壓為目的之座椅,主要由股骨支撐調整機構與捧腰支撐調整機構構成,最後再經由應力評估、負荷評估及X-ray脊椎曲線評估等生物力學評估與市售兩張不同材質的辦公座椅進行比較。
在結果方面,本研究所開發之新型抒壓辦公座椅優於市售兩張辦公座椅,在應力評估中能有效分散坐骨壓力至大腿,在負荷評估中也能將坐骨的重量轉移至大腿及部分轉移到背部,而脊椎曲線的攝影中,腰椎曲線最接近站立時的腰椎曲線。
經由評估證實本研究所開發之新型抒壓辦公座椅,對於人體部位抒壓確實有其效果,以降低肌肉骨骼傷害發生。
Excessively long sitting has caused the diseases like lumbar pain, ischium pain, and muscle and skeleton injury. While the off-the-shelf cushions and lumbar support are designed alone without integration consideration to let lumbar vertebra at sitting remain close to that at standing and solve the stress concentration problem comes from tuberositas ischialica. Therefore, current ready-made products are unable to reach stress relief purpose for human body, which means there is the room for improvement in terms of lumbar support and sitting cushion design.
This study aims to solve the aforementioned problem, starting with literature reviews and patent analysis. It then summarizes the deficiency and inadequacy of the products on the market in the hope that a new stress relief chair can be innovated. The new chair consists of thighbone support adjusting mechanism and lumbar support adjusting mechanism. Finally, the comparison between it and two other ready-made office chairs are performed from a biomechanics angle, including stress evaluation, load evaluation, and X-ray spinal curvature evaluation.
Regarding the result, the newly innovated chair in this study is superior to the two off-the-shelf office ones. The stress on ischium is effectively distributed to thighs in stress evaluation, and the weight on ischium is also effectively distributed to thighs and partially to back; the spinal curvature appears most close to that of standing when observed with spinal curvature photography.
After a thorough evaluation, it proves the newly innovated stress relief office chain in this study is effective in terms of stress relief and prevention of muscle and skeleton injure.
