  本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣國小資源班教師對情緒行為障礙學生鑑定、安置與輔導現況及支援需求情形。研究對象為桃園縣公立國民小學資源班教師,共計203人。本研究以問卷方式進行,研究結果如下:
1.資源班教師在情緒行為障礙學生鑑定、安置與輔導工作實施情形良好。
2.資源班教師,在整體情緒行為障礙學生鑑定、安置與輔導支援需求上皆有高度支援需求。
3.不同性別資源班教師,在情緒行為障礙學生鑑定、安置與輔導支援需求方面並無顯著差異;惟在個別項目的支援需求,仍有部份達顯著差異。
4.不同特教教學年資之資源班教師,在情緒行為障礙學生鑑定、安置與輔導支援需求方面並無顯著差異;惟在個別項目的支援需求,仍有部份達顯著差異。
5.不同特教專業背景之資源班教師,在整體情緒行為障礙學生鑑定、安置與輔導支援需求並無顯著差異;惟在個別項目的支援需求,仍有部份達顯著差異。 依據研究結果,研究者提出相關建議供教育主管機關、學校行政單位、及資源班教師參酌。
 This study aimed to understand the current status on identification, placement and delivery of services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders from resource room teachers and their support needs in Taoyuan County’s elementary schools. The study subjects were 203 resource room teachers in Taoyuan County’s public elementary schools. This study carried out the questionnaire, and the results were as follow:
1. The practice on identification, placement and delivery of services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders from resource room teachers in Taoyuan County’s elementary schools were good.
2. The support needs were highly demanded for identification, placement and delivery of services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders from resource room teachers in Taoyuan County’s elementary schools.
3. For the support needs of overall identification, placement and delivery of services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders, there was no significant difference between the genders of teachers in Taoyuan County’s elementary schools; however, there were some significant differences on individual items.
4. For the support needs of overall identification, placement and delivery of services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders, there was no significant difference among the years of teaching experience ; however, there were some significant differences on individual items.
5. For the support needs of overall identification, placement and delivery of services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders, there was no significant difference among the teaching backgrounds from resource room teachers ; however, there were some significant differences on individual items. Based on the research results, the researchers had proposed relevant recommendations and references for school district, school administrators and resource room teachers.
