Intelligent energy-saving technology development of elevator control system,to integrate existing equipment control system,driver and sensor-based;Construction of controller area network(CAN) bus, can provide the operation and control of individual units of information, capture network or individual unit control signals, operating information, personnel, environmental information, constitute a local area network system, regional system monitoring, security management, sent a car saving strategy, maintenance and fault diagnosis Notification Service. This decentralized system master controller, sub-system control module, the node and gateway etc, can select the appropriate microprocessor with CAN controller to complete. In this thesis, the technical design CAN microcontroller system model, the controller only between a pair of twisted pair to connect a certain network topology , installation is extremely easy, and reliable. Number of different floor control system, just add the appropriate number of CAN bus floor controller, host controller hardware without any changes, makes the elevator control system more flexible and convenient installation. The establishment system model of intelligent elevator, provision of regional and multi-group control car to car to energy regulation and control performance testing, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, control parameters in order to amend, and get the best energy-saving control strategy.
