在現今的社會中,人類生活步調快速,日漸繁忙,因此在工作上緊張與忙碌是無法避免的,使得現代人常會感受到壓力的存在,並以「工作倦怠」,定義此現象。
而倫理氣候的塑造將可能影響員工之角色壓力,並以角色壓力做為聯結工作倦怠之影響,故本研究之目的為釐清倫理氣候與工作倦怠之關係,並進一步研究角色壓力對於倫理氣候與工作倦怠之中介效果。
本研究以問卷調查法,並運用因素分析、相關分析與檢視中介的階層迴歸,並從287份有效問卷的研究結果發現,第一,倫理氣候與工作倦怠有負向關係;第二,倫理氣候與角色壓力有負向關係;第三,工作倦怠與角色壓力有正向關係;第四,角色壓力存在中介效果。最後本研究依據建立之架構及實證結果,提出若干管理實務之意涵及後續研究之建議。

In today's society, rapid pace of human life, increasingly busy, so busy at work and tension is inevitable, so often feel the pressure of modern existence, and to "burnout", the definition of this phenomenon. The ethical climate of the shape will be the role of stress may affect the employees, and to stress the role of burnout as a coupling effect, the purpose of this study was to clarify the ethical climate and the relationship between burnout and the pressure for further study of the role of climate and work ethics burnout effect.
This study was a survey, and the use of factor analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression to view the intermediary, and 287 valid questionnaires from the study found, first, the ethical climate and a negative relationship between job burnout; second, ethical climate and the role of negative pressure relationship; Third, burnout and role stress were positively related; Fourth, there is an intermediary role in stress effects. Finally in this research to establish the framework and empirical results, certain management practices of the implications and recommendations for further studies.
