本研究主要目的是以職業婦女為研究對象,探討生涯停滯、自我效能及內外控人格特質對訓練移轉成效的影響,藉由問卷普查方法進行,並以某中醫醫院的女姓員工為研究對象,發出130份問卷,有效回收120份問卷,藉由SPSS for Windows 15.0統計軟體,經描述性統計分析、、信度分析、獨立樣本t 檢定、變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析進行統計實證分析。結果如下:

一、工作內容停滯對訓練移轉成效没有顯著影響。

二、晉升停滯對訓練移轉成效没有顯著影響。

三、自我效能對訓練移轉成效有顯著正向影響。

四、內外控人格特質對訓練移轉成效有正向影響,內控程度高者,訓練移轉成
效愈好。
The main purpose of this study is to examine career women plateauing, self-efficacy, and locus of control on the effectiveness of transfer of training. Survey method was used in this study to study employees in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital. 130 questionnaires were sent out and a total of 120 valid responses were collected and analyzed.

The findings were summaried as follows:

1.Job content plateauing was not significantly related to
Transfer of Training.

2.Hierarchical plateau was not significantly related to
Transfer of Training.

3.Self-efficacy had a significant and positive impact on
Transfer of Training.

4.Locus of Control had a significant impact on Transfer of
Training.People who had higher degree of internal Locus
of Control were more likely to transfer training
effectively.
