有關金屬於生物體累積的相關研究,國外已有相當數量的文獻,然而臺灣在金屬生物累積的研究大多僅專注於食用品,對於野地哺乳動物的相關研究幾乎付之闕如。目前囓齒目已被公認為金屬生物累積的有效物種之一,因此本研究選擇台中大肚台地北、中、南面三地的赤背條鼠(Apodemus agrarius),以了解其體內的鎳、銅、鋅、砷、鎘和鉛六種金屬生物累積的情形,並初步探討赤背條鼠肝臟和肺臟與金屬累積之間的關係。赤背條鼠的捕捉自 2008 年 8 月至 10 月和 2009 年 3 月至 4 月分別至三個樣區進行調查,各樣區分別捕抓 15 隻赤背條成鼠,以進行肝臟和肺臟的金屬濃度分析。囓齒目捕抓結果顯示,相較於其他鼠類,赤背條鼠在三個樣區數量皆為多;其中雄鼠體重、體長和後腳脛長皆顯著大於雌鼠,其餘形質則無顯著差異;三個樣區的雄性赤背條鼠的形質比較,結果顯示北面的雄性赤背條鼠肝臟平均溼重百分比顯示大於中面和南面;另外,雌雄個體肝臟的金屬(鎳、鋅、鎘、銅和鉛)濃度分析結果二者之間並無明顯差異;三個樣區赤背條鼠肝臟的金屬濃度比較結果,鎳、鋅、鎘、銅和鉛於三處並無顯著差異,顯示以上五種金屬濃度於大肚台地上皆為同樣的狀態,至於砷的結果則呈現北面顯著大於中面和南面,此一結果亦與肺臟的砷濃度結果相符;另外,雄性赤背條鼠和雌鼠體重分別和肝臟金屬濃度進行相關分析,結果皆呈現無明顯相關。本研究結果顯見大肚台地北面赤背條鼠的肝臟和肺臟的砷濃度遠高於中、南面,而此一結果值得後續相關的研究再進一步的調查。
Metal bioaccumulation study has been much investigated. However, it was mainly done on food rather than on wild mammals in Taiwan. Among various animals, rodents are considered as one of the effective species of metal bioaccumulation studies. Some formosan striped field mouse(Apodemus agrarius) were trapped from the northern, middle and southern areas of Dadu Tableland, the concentrations of Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd and Pb in their livers and lungs were analyzed, and the relationships between those metals in livers and lungs were discussed. Formosan striped field mouse was most abundantly captured among all the rodents in these three areas. Formosan striped field mouse was captured from August to October in 2008 and from March to April in 2009, 15 adults were captured respectively from the three sample areas. There were significant differences in weight, body length and trailing leg length between males and females, but not in other traits. The wet weight percentage of livers of males captured in the northern area was larger than those in the middle and southern areas. There were no significant differences in metal concentrations of Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb between males and females. There were no significant differences in the metal concentrations(of Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb) in livers of adults among the three sample areas. The result showed that the concentrations of the above-said five metals except arsenic were similar. Arsenic concentrations in livers of northern areas sample were significantly higher than those of middle and southern ones. This result was consistent with that which was done in lungs. There are no significant correlation between weight and metal concentration of livers in both sexs. The result of my study that the arsenic concentrations in livers of northern areas sample were significantly higher than those of middle and southern ones is worth follow-up researches entailing further investigations.
