本研究旨在探討,台灣木工機械產業中對於各企業所具備的人力資本是否對於企業競爭力產生影響,而產業群聚形成了木工機械產業的特殊產業環境,並加入領導者對於關係建立的能力是否會對企業的競爭力產生影響。本研究採質性深入訪談的方式進行,訪談對象為木工機械產業中的領導者與管理者,總共取得七家領導者的同意進行訪談,並以訪談逐字稿進行分析,進而推論出命題。
The study aims to explore the human capital of woodworking machinery industry enterprises in Taiwan with regard to impact on enterprise competitiveness, and the industry cluster form of the special industrial environment, and join the leader''s ability to establish whether the “guanxi” will affect the competitiveness of enterprises. This study was conducted in-depth interviews of qualitative research, and the Interviewed object was the leader and manager of woodworking machinery industry. There were seven leaders agreed to interviews and analyzed with the interview transcripts, then infer the propositions.
